savoring salmon sashimi..

Recently, I got hooked on salmon sashimi. I love the firm and yet tender texture of good salmon sashimi. The freshness and melt-in-the-mouth experience with the burst of wasabi and soy sauce flavor with every chew makes me want to eat one after another. Salmon sashimi. oishii!
