a fruitful revelation

In one of my previous entries, I shared about my recent chaotic life. And at such frustrated and down moment, God ministered to me through His word and impacted me greatly.
"But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in Him. He will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit." (Jeremiah 17:7-8)
I am so wowed by this verse to bear fruit for God in this season of my life; when I undergo heat, when I am bound by worries. It's a very good reminder that I have to learn to surrender and put my confidence in Him. God said in the Bible that His strength is made perfect in weakness.
It's my prayer through this refining process, I will bear fruit and testify to God's goodness and character.
In my midst of struggling through this process, I kind of look forward to the outcome :)
